You can investigate questions, bring in your own business context, explore the evidence behind findings, and share the results. The knowledge generated stays available for your team to build on.

Facts and Answers are the foundation of FifthRow’s knowledge.

Facts are individual pieces of information linked to their sources. Answers bring that evidence together to address a business question, with supporting sources and reasoning.

As agents work, FifthRow checks their findings for factual support and hallucinations, examines the reasoning, and saves the resulting knowledge for reuse. You can trace findings back to the evidence, and future work can build on what has already been learned.

This gives your team both broad industry context and a growing body of reusable research. Each project contributes knowledge that can inform the next market assessment, competitor review, or strategic decision. Automated checks support that process; they do not make every finding infallible.

Agent Hours measure the combined time agents spend working on your task. Several agents can work in parallel – for example, researching different competitors at the same time – so complex work can finish quickly while using several Agent Hours.

If ten agents each work for 30 minutes, that adds up to five Agent Hours, even if they all finish within the same half-hour. One agent working for two hours uses two Agent Hours.

The time you wait and the amount of agent work are therefore different. Usage depends on how many agents are involved and how long they work.

You can keep working with additional usage billed in your subscription currency. A team admin can turn automatic top-up on or off in account settings.

When it’s off, new work that needs more credits than you have cannot start, and scheduled Autopilots are paused. Work already running is not stopped.

Credits purchased for additional usage do not expire, so any unused balance remains available for future work.

Included Agent Hours are available upfront for your billing period and expire at the end of that period. Separately purchased credits do not expire.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the current term ends. You can cancel through your account’s subscription settings or by emailing support@fifthrow.com, and retain access until the end of the paid term.

Turning off automatic top-up does not cancel your subscription. Fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Yes. Connect your reports and files to give FifthRow context about your business, previous research, and the questions you’re working through.

Your agents can use that context alongside industry research, helping your team build on existing work and investigate what has changed.

Yes. FifthRow connects through MCP, a standard that lets AI tools use external capabilities and knowledge.

You can bring FifthRow into Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or another tool that supports MCP, giving your existing AI environment access to FifthRow’s research and consulting capabilities. An API is also available for custom integrations.
